The Stanley Hotel’s multi‑phase redevelopment under the Stanley Partnership for Art, Culture and Education (SPACE) is financed by a bond sale and managed by Sage Hospitality with John Cullen as chair/CEO; it includes a new 65,000‑sq‑ft Stanley Film/Event Center with an auditorium (864–1,000 seats), a Blumhouse‑curated horror museum/Blumhouse Space, a 65‑room expansion of two historic lodging buildings, redesigned arrival and lobby areas, expanded programming and festival/residency space, and broad property and operational upgrades to support year‑round cultural and educational activities. It include $56 million expansion.
